Researching Caregiver Needs

MVP Feature Designs
After we validated our initial MVP solution, we sought to interject moments of delight through AI.
From the outset, I harnessed our partnership with OpenAI to explore these cutting-edge AI integrations. Through my research and technical collaboration, we prototyped and rigorously tested over 15 AI features, all intricately designed to assist caregivers.

Open AI Explorations
The goal was to strike a harmonious balance between building trust with early AI capabilities and maintaining a human touch.
What set this project apart was our conceptualization of the app as not just a tool, but as a virtual extension of the family, seamlessly blending into the user's life and driving connection between each stakeholder.
In testing, the app successfully garnered the trust of a hesitant and careful user base. We achieved this by first digitalizing manual tasks to offer immediate value. By introducing subsequent intelligent features such as organizing, summarizing, and auto-generating information, we helped save caregivers valuable time. Ultimately, caregivers began to see the app as an essential extension of themselves that made them feel more supported and less isolated in their role.
